Be aware line counters do not measure distance of line. They count the revolutions of the spool. A full spool will put out more line in ten revolutions than a spool only half full. Measure each reel by pulling out 5 revolutions of line and actually using a tape measure to find the actual distance of line out. You will find every reel is different. The guys call this calibrating the reel/rod.
Good fishing.
