I went up to shelter in place at our place on Catawba last weekend. One of the guys in the complex is a charter captain. He went out (by himself) and said there were about a hundred boats out there. But I also heard that the ODNR or sheriff closed both the ramps at the State Park and in West Harbor because they were to crowded and people were not following the social distancing guidelines. So from what I know the ramps remain open as long as people are following the guidelines. If that doesn't happen, they get shut down. Makes sense to me.....
