You don’t have to worry about seeing flags the board drops back and shows the bite immediately. The lights and really short leads at night makes it real easy to see a board drop. I use the tea lights and Velcro (clear like you get with ezpass) and attach it to the black mount that holds the first clip. I can see the flag but do not need to. There are nights when they are aggressive and you will hear the flag hit the board on a good strike. If you Facebook erie nite bite there is a group that discusses in depth the night bite.
