Northwest of dumping ground were the best marks in 39-42 ft. We caught them going 1.4.

If you were targeting fish at 40ft, that might had been the issue. When we were there we had great marks from 30 down, but never got any action. Everything we brought in was primarily at 65 back on bandits which is 15 ft down. Even though we almost never marked anything there.
