Charter rates rise after May 1st

I've heard of specials being offered by some of the guys out of Wild Wings during the jig bite/month of April. But, that usually means they're charging $420 for up to 6 people rather than the standard $600. So, it's sort of glass half-empty to say that the rates go up.

A few captains offer a early season discount because of a smaller limit and the less cost to get the fish close to home port, when trolling for 8 hrs it is a big cost difference than 8 hrs jigging, also, a lot of people don't want to brave the cold , Gotta get em out somehow !! Just business, glad a few discount a trip if they can, a lot of fellas cant afford a full rate .
