water levels
Went to check on the camper today and Turtle Creek at the Rt.2 bridge was almost dry with no wind. At Paradise the water level was iffy if one would want to go out that way. Beef Creek Marina had the river and lake channel bouys laying on the ramp, both ramps had open water at the ramp proper but beef creek had a cover of ice on it but I don't know how thick.
If they don't get alot of snow in all of Ontario, and maybe far eastern Manitoba, Michigan and Wisconsin this winter there will be no snow melt runoff to raise the lake levels and that could make for a tuff season no-matter if there are fish to be caught or not. It could make access real tricky with the ramps that have water being over crowded.Wakina
