I agree with skinny5382 on most of what he said. are you planning on fishing in 50 ft of water or less or are you planning to fish 50 ft deep in deeper water?? if your fishing in 50 ft of water or less then I don't think you need the long leads he mentioned unless your wanting to fish the bottom. I use 65 lb braid main line and 185 ft will hit bottom in 50 ft of water. with a 30 lb braid main line you should get a deeper dive curve than I do with 65 lb.

6 to 8 ft 20 lb fluro leader
rubber snubber between diver and leader
a lot of guys don't use snubbers but I just lose to many fish without them. but its a personal preference.
