Rod holders on new boat
Just bought a 27 ft sports craft and it has rails around the side and back of boat im trying to rig the boat up to troll and was wondering how to run rod holders I would like to run tracks but I'm thinking the rod holders won't be tall enough to get over the rails and suggestion thanks

Just get rail mount rod holders, they will work fine. You can mount them where you want on the rails. They sell them on e-bay

i think the cannon single axis ratcheting rod holders are the best you can get. they fit tracks or you can get rail mounts for them. if you have any plans to run dipsy or similar divers a ratcheting rod holder is the bomb. and the one hand to set the holder is the best on the cannon. you can get the rod holders for 72.00 at the walleyetacklestore.com
