Lead Core length

Thinking of purchasing 2 lead core set ups. What 2 lengths of lead core would you go with, two different or two the same lengths? Just getting the itch and starting to work on the equipment. Thanks

5 color was hot for me early with a crawler harness and ten is always good later on.

I use 2 color, 3 color, 5 color, 7 color and 10 color. Depending on the time of year and the depth you are fishing.

I have been building up my leadcore sets ups for 4 yrs now and use 2 through 10. Can cover depth in 6 foot increments from 12' to 60'. I would recommend 4 & 5 early season and 9-10 later when fish move deeper if I had a limited choice. 300' of 30lb braided backer, 27lb leadcore and 70' fluorocarbon 17lb leader. If you use big boards you can use mono backer.
