Those sure are some impressive numbers.....

Ohio's share will be 2.103 million Walleye. If Ohio's share drops to below 950,000 the daily limit will be decreased I beleve to 5 and it gets progressivley more restrictive as the number goes lower. Following is a chart that shows the numbers and what harvest limits they will support.
