Went perch jerkin last month during the full moon. No shiners at Herbs on Catawba, but he had chubs. I was very hesitant to buy them, but he told me that they worked very good for perch. Guess what, they were better than shiners, no little scales all over the rod and reel, and we caught a lot of perch, plus they stay alive a lot longer !!!!!!!!!!!!
