Started out perching south of rattlesnake where I had some luck yesterday. The fish were there, but wouldn’t bite anything. I threw the kitchen sink at them, but nothing. Got tired of that nonsense, so planned on pulling some spoons as it was to rough for boards. Only saw a single here, and there. Ended up out between north, and middle bass. Marking fish everywhere. Only catch was big rollers coming in from the east. I gave it a go! Glad I did. Limited in 2 passes under 1 1/2 hours. No junk, no shorts. Every thing was 18-24. Monkey puke did most of the damage along with some green, and white thing that I don’t even know were it came from, but I was bright sun so I tried it. Usually wonder bread is my bread, and butter up there…sorry I had to! But not a sniff on it. Worse wind tomorrow, so I’m not going to bother. Probably try an evening run on the 4th.
