Memorial Day Advice

Planning a trip with my boys over memeorial day. Any advice on location? Will the fish be scattered around thhe islands by then? Bass, rattlesnake, etc?

Will it be a worm harness bite, jigs, cranks?

I would like to go out of port clinton or marblehead, would this work?

Most fish will be found on the North side of the reefs. Worms, crankbaits and spoons. There should be fish everywhere. For the last 8 years, I have caught fish near Middle Island on that weekend. Not Middle Bass. Middle with all of the dead trees. Niagra reef is very good that time. West Reef and American Eagle shoal are also very good then. It really should be easy picking. Port Clinton and marblehead are both great places to launch.
