When is the best time to start jiggin? Is there a typical week of the month or a magic number for water temp?

The spawn is probably best with the longer days starting in April along with a water temp of 40+ degrees with a full moon as a kicker. With the current extended forecast it looks like it could start in earnest the 3rd or 4th week of March this year. Day light will be longer and the temps should also be at or near the 40 degree mark.Originally Posted by fishNtails
