Re: Fishing with David and Dean....5/2/2024
I fished that same area yesterday and Tuesday west of green all the way to Niagara. Lots of fish and hungry. Pulling bandits 100 back unassisted little shallower the day before. It was a wet ride...

Re: tough day out of wildwings
I've always said a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work but I don't know sounds like it was pretty rough. I was thinking about coming up and fishing yesterday glad I didn't. Today...

Re: Anybody help a weekender?
I got my boat ready 2 months ago. It's not a big boat so I need 2 feet or less. The last 2 weeks of February was better than March. I'm maybe gonna make it up Sunday but who knows. Ohio can be...

I haven't been up yet this year. We got 3 good days a few weeks ago but it went down hill fast. Don't think there has been much going on. Way to go finding them today. What was the water temperature....

Nice report Jules. Are the docks in at Huron. Might try somewhere Sunday or the first of next week.

Re: Ramp's
That would be great. I'm shooting for next week. Gonna try north west of Catawba maybe rattlesnake. I'm itching to get out. I read that report sounds like the walleye are hungry. Good luck.

Ramp's
Does anyone know if Catawba or Mazurick ramps have the docks in yet.

There is a thought. I might give that a try. Probably can glue them in. Have you done this before. What kind of wood. Probably treated cedar would be good.

Re: Walleye S E of Kelly's
That is a pretty good set up. Rubber band didn't break on a respectable 20" walleye but it did pull out of clip also moving back 1 space where the main line attaches to the board helped tighten the...

That's all great advice. It was pretty choppy that day two footers maybe the occasional three so conditions weren't the best. Love the clothes hanger idea I'm going to give that a try and also try...

Re: Walleye S E of Kelly's
There are 3 holes to clip the main line to the board. The person I bought them from had a key ring in the middle hole. I'll try using the hole behind it. Should open the plane up and push the board...

Bandits and flickers 120 back unassisted. Perch colored got the big boy. Was marking fish all over the place any where between 10 and 40 feet. I started out in 40 and stopped in 44 feet.
