Pre made up wire leader storage
Yo Lads...I make up my wire leaders ahead of time (6-10 footers)...how do you guys store your made up wire leaders so they won't be a tangled mess. I have thought about just wrapping them around card board but want something more permanent.
Thanks Capn's

A couple options, use cut up float kids noodles, I use finish nails stuck into the noodle to hole the ends, Or if you get over to the Michigan side of Erie, most every tackle shop has plastic reels for holding shanks and leader material that you can wrap your line around, they have slots on the sides to hook the leader ends.
I can only hope I have earned the freedom that has been given me.

I use the pool noodles too ebijack, but I use golf tees instead of finish nails, the top lip holds better for me.

If you jam/snag a 3/4 or 1oz jig up into the center bottom of one end of the noodles, they won't blow out of the boat.
I can only hope I have earned the freedom that has been given me.
