Speed up the boat. 2.0-2.6 or faster. Walleye hit on a reaction to the lure.
Reaction Bite. Put settings on #1 and #3. Run the #3 about 10-15 ft longer than #1 and will be at similar depth. At 70 on a #3 and 55-60 on #1 they should be 20 feet apart or so. The lengthy method below will work. All dipseys should be same Diameter and line should be same also. You can run 4 dipseys on basically any boat and should not tangle. They go to the same place everytime you set them out. Put a leash on each rod so that they dont end up in another rod holder and get mixed up with another. Let them out fairly slow, one at a time. A days lesson is worth more than what is written here.
Here is a picture of hogs from Ashtabula , trolling. crankbaits 350 back off the planer bd, and 115 and 180 on the dipsey setting on 1 and 3, no tangle just fish.
