    Yes you guys are right. But last year if I remember correctly they did that on the inside of the harbor. Why would they build up a road like structure on the outside of the harbor??? I'm just hoping they were going to improve the launching / retrieving area to ease some of the congestion.

    I don't think they care about the congestion as long as the $$$ keep coming in. jmo. This is why retired people fish Mon. - Fri. & relax on wk. ends.
