Well I shot a 4pt yesterday am. about 140# not the biggest rack/deer for sure just as wide as its ears. Wife & kids want sausage made for sure, now they'll have it! I'll wait for the big guy in ML season. Forgot, on way home giong thru Cowlesville I pass a Dec. officer he spins around flips the lites on & pulles me over. He checked out my deer & tag then looked at all my remaining tags, checked to see if my guns were locked in the cases, all was legal & ok! Then I drive down the rd. a 1/2 mile pass a state trooper ,he spins around and I get pulled over by him, what the hell! He checks truck regs., my license, ask if atv trailer is mine checks that regs. all ok, I ask what the problem was. He says he couldn't read the first 2 letters on my plate # due to my loading ramps covering the #'s. Then says he won't write me at ticket this time! I was thinking I am sure the 96 yr. old man that was beaten up in Buffalo would be upset to hear my #'s were covered up! unbeliveable.

Nice job with the buck. Yeah these cops really need to find something else to do. Like their job of stopping REAL crime.

Good deal lineman glad to hear success was in your favor, for me all i'll say is i think yhese derr are using the tunnel system during the day lol. Today after sitting i got sown and still hunted my way around hoping to just bump one up .I saw some brier's moving around still with good number of leaves on them. I walked ever so quietly with wind blowing just curious as to what is moving them they were on side of slight hill about almost 4ft high i wss hoping to see a bear lol but it was a beautiful cinnamon coyote that came out not sure how i missed 40 yd shot on him other than he was hauling a$$. I let 2 shots fly to only hit dirt but watching him get the hell out of there after shots was fun. He got lucky but seeing him made it a good hunt.

Those yotes sure can run fast ,sob's. Sounds like it was a nice color. I want to get one & have the hide tanned & hang it on the wall.(man cave) I have shot 3 but I screw the hides up with the shot or when skinning them. Going for a doe tomarrow am.

I knew i forgot to do something next time i'll let all the lead fly, was dunny though i know it is or was one scared yote lol. Next time i'll just load with 00 buck lol jk. Sucks work tomorrow but be out sunday my buck is bound to show i am getting the time in.

Mike I dont know what the hold up is on killing your buck I got mine right away on opening day, you make it sound so difficult.......lol
