    I know and understand that. I've often wondered why all of lake Erie isn't closed to the spawn myself. Especially when a majoreity of the spawn takes pkace in the western half. My point of asking was know how for through the spawn they are compared to us. The water is not usually this warm already. Making me think the fish will be well into postspawn and moved deeper here by next week is all. We all know that fish spawn according to water temp. (Walleye between 40til 45) not by the month or day. I'm not trying to argue in any way, just gathering as much info as I can.
