Is there a product you guys are aware of that I could apply to the hull to restore the situation or am I looking at a new paint job?

Also, going out perching tomorrow and will post how I do.

3M makes a really good product for restoring shin to the gel coat, West Marine has it. Can't remember the exact name. Restore? Anyway mine was really chalked bought a GOOD buffer and some GOOD pads and lots of elbow--- looks like new than some good wax. Not sure how it does on scratches. I'd go to west marine and see, they have about anything you need, but it's lots of rubbing.
