how is fishing in buffalo

a boat came into smh yesterday and said were stoped by canadian officials while perch fishing off point abino line/ they checked if they had there call in numbers /license they did and all was good

I heard a story like this happened on the lower Nia. river but they ( Ca. officials)took the people & the boat back to Canada with them! Must be starting to enforce laws.

Heading out tomorrow in the AM. Looking for some info. or suggestions as to were we should go, either behind the windmills or out of SP for perch? Thanks and maybe we will see of you guys out there. Good luck
