how is fishing in buffalo

I know that the better fishing is now in the deep water between Barcelona and Dunkirk, but is anyone having any luck near Buffalo?

I tried some of the near shore areas out of the SBH tonight, and I struck out. The water is pretty warm (~76F), and I really wasn't seeing anything on the screen. I am sure that things will pick up in a few weeks, but I was disappointed that I couldn't scratch out a couple of fish near the gaps...

Haven't heard anything from joes spot lately. He's usually pounding them out of sbh night fishing. I would have figered you would have picked up a couple. Did you troll donnelys wall? Then from end of donnelys to the round house? Mid gap is hit or miss. That faster shallow water at the end of donnelys towards round gouse usually holds fish all summer. I can't tell you much. The last time I was out was last Sun. Between SP & Pt Albino half way to the line. Saw fish on the graph but no takers.
