Bailey: when the report says 2 ft waves this means from flat water (calm) to the peak wave height. When you are in a boat it is up 2, down 2 which means 4 foot waves. Last Weds we got 6 but only 1 keeper (a 19"). Next week Sturgeon Pt @ 60 fow.

Yeah i know that Rick but sunday it had all of that covered at times.there were times i dropped between rollers and saw nothing bur water. Just an odd season

Also gotta say not a better meal than fresh eyes local grown sweet corn and zucchini. I know because i just put a bunch of each on the plate almost feel spoiled.

Went Sunday out of Dunkirk hooked only one eye, lost it at the net Waves beat us up pretty good. lol

Hey joe i launched out of sturgeon fished same area i have been fishing only deeper. I'd say more but have mutual friends fishing tournament this wk so keeping it off site for now. I'll say say lots of active fish out there though its s good pick if you can stay with em. I'll be out Saturday if all goes well.

You guessed it right. I played 2nd, right field, and then went in to pitch 7 innings. I had to even bat. We were shorthanded again. A few people went to the concert on the water front in their boat yesterday. It felt good to compete and win after my 62 birthday. I guess there is a place for old guys. . Come on Bailey call me a rubber arm again.

Bailey how's that new boat treating ya? I keep complaining to the girlfriend that I need a bigger boat. Lol. Think I just about have her convinced. Oh and I even got her to fish on Saturday evening, we didn't get anything though. Was kinda disappointing, there was soo much boat traffic Saturday that the water was all churned up. Won't ever go there again for vacation. Almost got T boned and rear ended Thursday night after fireworks in the boat. And I was on plane. Then some douchebag in a 35 ft Donzi Come towards us while we were trolling, he was so close I thought he was pulling up to ask us something. Then he punches it just before he gets to us and roars past us no more than 20ft away. I thought we were going to sink when the wake hit us but luckily only a little water came over the side. (He almost got the flare gun for that). And this guy looked to be in his late 60s. Wtf? Had a few more jackasses Saturday too come within a few feet of us. Literally! While we were trolling. After that I gave up and just floated and drank beer n got some sun. Managed two small northerns the whole trip, but could barely fish.
