I am hoping the lake will warm earlier and provide better fishing most of the fish are resident fish if not all of them on our end. They still need to eat and spawn so the should be drawn up into the shallows for the start of season. So my thought is its gonna be a good year.

I agree, but it may screw up the thermocline mid to late summer just like this year when the lake got too warm.

Yeah that was nuts warm from top to bottom in a lot of the lake. Its different than lake o for sure to me.

Well winter is here today 6-8" here in North Java so far for the day. We went to the Southtowns Walleye Assocation Installation Banquet last night we had a great time, there was a live band, chinese auctions, silent auctions, open bar, and great food. We will be going every year from now on.

Jim - you were in my neck of the woods yesterday. I grew up across the street from where the Banquet was. As a matter of fact I broke my leg there when it was a roller skating rink. That was in 1974. Are you going to the
Southtowns Meeting on Thursday the 16 th?
