how is fishing in buffalo

Well 2 boats 5 fish not good I wonder if the storms scattered them the last 2 days

Three fish today. Fished between Sturgeon and Abino 50 to 62 ft. It was a little choppy in tje am @ 6:00. Slow was the word. One on a Rynoski the others on worm harnesses-dark colors.

For the most part the screen was clear. Once in a while there were several marks on the screen. I was on the boarder, on the US side but was trolling parallel to the line. I was both east and west on a line from Sturgeon Pt. to Abino. I didn't go as far as the condos but the talk on the radio was that they were not getting any off the condos. In the am there were at least twenty boats where I was but towards noon many were gone. Listening to the radio many had 2, 3 or 4 fish.

Go west and deeper, east of sturgeon has slowed right down. Was out over the weekend with success.

Hey semperfi how far west would ya guess and how deep if ya don't mind sharing. I may chase kings this weekend but not sure.

We got fish last weekend in 70 fow between catt creek and sturg pt. Mind you, that was last weekend in rough conditions and I haven't been out since. I was also told the bite in Barcelona was nice on Sunday with larger fish. I haven't been able to make it out this week so where to go this weekend will be a toss up, here one day gone the next.

Maybe the purple Renosky is a good one to use. I got one walleye on it last weekend. We were in 60 ft off water about 50 ft down. We also got 2 bass off the same set up. I hope to get out Sat. or Sun. but looks like they are calling for slight thunderstorms. ?? Hope they are wrong.
