    Yeah. I recklessly launched and retrieved myself out there from the dock-less state launch. Apparently, Hanover did put one of their launching docks back in recently…with a lengthy line that follows during prime launch times. Ice wasn’t a concern then and shouldn’t be from here on out on Erie.
