Long time reader 1st time poster.
Ready to transition to some fall ring backs. And finally upgraded to a boat that can handle Erie. My launches tho have been mainly Erie and Niagara County thus far.
I’m reading that Sturgeon is a risky launch, sand bar and such. So I’ve never launched at Sunset Bay Launch on Catt Creek. Is that recommend and/or anything I should know about it before I make the drive?
Oh yeah, and the grid cords to that 55ft secret hole I hear folks talking about haha.
Appreciate any input.

Thanks for the info Jeff. Yeah, I hear you, transitioned to the smallmouths once the walleye fishing hit a standstill our way. Ready to move on to the jumbos and some fall walleye. And then perhaps we'll have a real winter here this year for some good hard water action.
Did have a buddy tell me tho that there were a few boats out the other night in front of the windmills... Not many, but interesting nonetheless.
