Went NW of Fairport on Saturday July 9 to 41 FOW. 4 guys on board and we had 50 perch in the box within the first 45 minutes. Took 3-1/2 more hours to get another 50. Ended up the morning trip with 100 perch. 8" to 10" mostly, about 4 12".

Went back out Sunday and couldn't even produce a bite. Finally ened up in 61FOW marking fish like crazy, but nothing biting. But a bad day of fishing is still better than a good day at work.

Haven't heard much about the walleye fishing out of Fairport. Anyone doing any good, and what are you using and what depth?
