Sorry for the late post, just recovering from punishing the liver all weekend.

Launched out of Cranberry Saturday around 10:30am and headed straight out to 25-27. Trolled a two man spread east with Reef Runners and Bandits (usual colors). Marked and caught a few fish before switching out the bandits for meat rigs and picked up a 28 incher on a crawler harness behind a #2 tadpole. Walleye were spotty between the non-targeted species. Picked up a few shorty’s on the harness and in spite of the great sheepshead program we had going we became overrun by the little brown bugs and headed out. The lake was flat enough to run so we buzzed around hitting the gravel, the sand bar, and the dumping grounds off Huron. Put lots of miles on the boat and ended up with 5 keepers out of 10 boated. Best baits were chartreuse and purple crawler harness, and green and gold reef runner (80 back). Surprised how little chatter there is on the radio. Be back the first week in August..... cant wait!! Shout out to Mike at Cranberry Creek Marina. Put us on fish with the right bait!! Those folks are the best!!
