That's a long run roy. Your right when you said that around noon when the wind picked up a bit they started biting. Then no wind no bite. One more thing I noticed was quite a few marks that looked like perch.

If the weather works, next weekend we will make that long run to the Weather Buoy as we never went out there last year.
Really interesting how the bite picked up and died with the wind.
