I see this is an older thread at this point, but just west of the Miller Launch is Erie Outfitters (about 1/2 mile on south side of Lake Rd)...great shop, great info...usually has bait as well. I've only been in there once when he was out of shiners. They pretty much carry everything you could need in there.

@Powrguy...haven't posted since back in May on the perch...how did the boat turn out? I know you were planning on having her ready around the end of May...
