Well capt juls your always posting lots of great info.I live and fished central basin for over 50 years.I went on solo mission today out of beaver park .That's where my boat is stored, after water temp is close to 60 in lorain I hit it hard.I make my own lures #6 Colorado spoons silver was better then gold today.Purple and silver beads and gold and silver. My wife came up with colors.Unreal but they work well.Caught 6 in a hour and fifteen minutes with 3 rods, was by myself. 44 foot of water was best sure people were closer to 50 feet of water. Not a ton on graph yet but they are coming this way .I know you head this way sometimes so just giving you update to lorain vermilion area .1 thing is for sure I dont have to deal with boat traffic.Very fun not dodging boats .Good luck to all and be safe I think definitely the crawler bite is on .
