    Default EYE HUNTER fishing report

We were blessed with a limit of huge walleye today. We fished from c can to g can trolling bandits from 40 to 80 back at 1.6 mph. Best color was in
B frozen and pink squirrel.. what a great day on the water. EYE HUNTER fishing report-20160325_162728-jpg

That's a Boat Load of Walleye Capt. Jim. Good Karma to you for all your help and advice here.

My buddy and I put 6 nice ones in the boat today before we had to head home for the Holiday. Our first season spring trolling and it has been fun the last two days! Fished North of Niagra and stayed a little North of the wall of boats. Thanks again to all who provide good advice.

Yes, now I can narrow it down to within about 8 miles of where he was fishing!

I will go into more detail. I started at e can and trolled to f can and then trolled to g can on that troll I took 3 fish in really big waves. (5 to 7s) once I got to g can it was still to waves to go into the waves so I pulled my gear and ran up to c can and trolled down to e can with the waves by this time the lake had calmed down and I was able to control the speed and was able to get a good program going and I caught the rest of my fish
But I did troll from c can to g can and I believe you can catch fish all the way down just like I did. That's why I posted it like that. Happy trails.

Thanks Jim! You know I was just messing with you. Sounds like you had a heck of a day! 4'-6' are my limit. I just don't even enjoy much rougher than that.

But I did get my new Cisco reels in yesterday so I am hoping to try them in some rough water and see how they pull those big boards in!
