Yes it does, especially if you use a few drops of your favorite dish detergent and lather up as you are rinsing your hand for the last time. Your hands will probably be all or mostly all healed in 48hrs or less as long as you don't have any deeper cuts, but they will be bearable and not sore if not totally healed. This works well for paper cuts and cuts from your fishing line also. Let us know how you like this way for sanitizing your hands after fishing.

After the north and northeast breeze, we couldn't get these fish to bite. After making many moves, we found some out near the turn around that wanted to cooperate. 270 perch between 2 boats.
