ran out of wards went toward intake ran 2 miles or so 19-20 ft of water had shiners no bling was the answer started 8 am with bling few fish first hour lots of trash and small perch when we switched to no bling they turned on left at 2 ran out of minnows 16 pounds at cleaners lots of sorting 7-9 inch fish. lots of buddies went a can and outer light they all got few fish but had no limits. going sunday where is the best shiners

Fished Saturday from 9:00 - 1:30 2 miles southeast of the harbor light. Limit of 120 caught on golden minnows. You had to cut them in half or the fish would not bite on them. Spreaders with no bling. Sorted through a lot of smaller perch, 6 - 7 inchers. We kept 7 1/2 plus along with about 10 between 7 - 7 1/2 due to swallowing the hook. Most of the keepers were between 7 1/2 and 8 inches. Maybe 20 white perch and about 15 sheephead caught as well. Bite slowed around 12:30 and we changed a few hooks to red beads with a silver blade. The bait had to be laying on the bottom and you had to lift the bait up and feel the resistance and then set the hook.

another limit today 2 guys 13 pounds 2.71 miles out of wards 21 degrees lots of smalls and trash found walleye in bottom of bait bucket there swimming in the lake now 4-5 inches long. used bling no bling red hooks worked well good to get shinners without looking hard

Fished last night (Wednesday) in the same area. Fish were there but they would not bite. Moved 6 times. Ended the night with only 15 keepers. About as many small ones with a few white perch and sheephead as well. Tried in close in 10 feet of water and as far out as 19 feet of water.
