Caught a 2 man limit drifting with a bag Tuesday afternoon between the Starve Island green can and Kellys. We were in 21 to 23' of water. Surface water temp was 60 degrees.

We started SW of the Starve Island green can and Scott point shoal where the hot bite was Saturday morning. We marked a few fish, but the 3 to 5 foot waves made us staying in the boat a real concern

We moved east and north a little where some other boats were including two party boats. Bite was steady. Most fish came on the bottom bouncers close to the bottom. We were also marking fish up high, but couldn't catch them on the swing with a very short count. The fish caught casting were also close to the bottom. Largest was 5 1/2 lbs. most were 17" to 20" fish.

We were moving at a speed between 0.8 and 1.0 mph due to the 15 to 20 Mph wind. We could have been pulling spoons.
