My daughter, nephew and I made our first trip to Erie this past Sunday 4/12. We drove up from Indianapolis. Started fishing around 11. We had a 3 person limit in about 3 1/2 hours. Fish were caught in 15-17 FOW on black/purple chartreuse jigs tipped with shiners. Pictures below.

How long does the jig bite usually last? We are hoping to make another trip maybe the weekend after this one. Will jigging work in same location or will they have moved deeper by then?
