Unless something has changed since last fall Cutchers worn out old scales are not certified by the county Auditor. He may or may not weigh a walleye, but if he does it would be only out of curiosity since he charges a flat rate for walleyes no matter how large or how small they may be. Last year it was $1.00 per walleye and $1.25 a pound for perch.

So the picture of 6 people holding 12 fish on facebook , do not include the 2 big ones ? Lol. I've caught a few in the 13lb range and was right there to see the weight myself. Hard to believe no one was right there when it was on the scale .

Although they are nice fish, a 32" spawned out fish will not weigh over 14 pounds and definitely a 30.5" spawned out fish won't go 12. My big fish for the weekend was 30" 11 pounds and was pre spawned and looked like a football. By the way we also had ours cleaned at Cutcher's. Like I said, they are great fish no doubt but sounds like they grew overnight!
Oh...pic below was the 30" pre spawn 11 pounder weighed at taxidermist.Last edited by ReelTime; 04-13-2015 at 04:59 PM.

Sorry Wayne, it does not matter what it weighed. That is still a big walleye in my book. That is a fish anyone should be proud of. Fish on everyone!!!!

I got one over the weekend 33 inches long and my rapala scale said 11 pounds 10 oz. not sure how accurate the scale. Had one that was 31 inches and the scale said 9 pounds 10 ozs. the fish were spowned out and some of them were full of fat. we had a another one just under 32 inches that weighed 10pounds 8 ozs.

Some things never change. Seems like it flows all 4 seasons from these guys. Disappeared for a while with all the ice fishing stories to only show up in the Spring with more of the same. Unbelievable....

The BS never stops from them. Fished this morning near them and there is a picture posted on Waynes facebook stating a "250 lb for 36 fish cooler " They must have over limited because there were not 9 people on board. Just saying.
