Best Walleye Producing Lure
I'm here on the couch bored as hell, during this snow storm. Plus, I need a break from all this ice fishing info. I just thought maybe we could share with the community our special go to lure. The lure that I call The Magic Mike has out caught anything that I have drug behind a boat. On one occasion, I ran 2 of these and they caught 20 of the 24 keepers walleyes we caught. We could not keep them in the water. I only have a couple left and I cannot find the blades. I have found some close but not the same. Like it's been said, "I showed you mine, show me yours".

Yeah I second the bored as hell. Guess all this winter will make spring that much better. Whenever we're not trolling my go to lure is the purple Erie Dearie for casting. It always out fishes everything else the other guys use on the boat. Buddies call it a relic but it's still a damn good lure.

Last year the lure I caught most of my fish on a pink and white parrish pea from zap lures. I don't troll so I have no input on that. The hottest spinners I tied up seemed to be copper willow blades with black beads.
I'm gonna miss her.... ....Maybe not so much, now that she left

Those look like Netcrafts willowleaf proscale blades.

For me, when I find a hot lure/bait. If I did not buy enough of them the first time I bought them and buy more at another date, I will never catch another fish on that "hot bait". If it is worth buying 1, then sure must be worth buying at least 4.
I don't have a hot bait that is best year round in all conditions. Mine switch regularly. That's what keeps us spending $$$ .I can only hope I have earned the freedom that has been given me.

I know exactly what you mean. Happens a lot in bass fishing. I try to buy at least 2-3 at a time. Or you will lose it and not be able to find them anywhere. The prices on crankbaits are gettin crazy. You almost are afraid to use them in some conditions.

I do most of my fishing on the central basin of erie. and my go to baits are doctor death and eye candy harnesses from galeforcetackle.com. I buy 90% of my harnesses and spoons from them.
that darn ground hog must to have been high on something.
