Hitting it tomorrow
Going out with my buddy tomorrow to do some spring time jigging. If any of you wonderful folks will be out there feel free to give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated I go by junior. Ill be launching out of minkes, I have a green north river I keep in slip 16.

i would head east towards the firing range to L can or until you see the water turn from mud to blue in close early and move out with the fish. 16-22 feet. Use your sonar. if you see a few fish, stop and drift the fish are still schooled up tight. As soon as you catch one. Mark the spot on the GPS. Go back around when they stop hitting and set up again on the spot. . This worked with a crew of kids
We did not need minnows, but it might help.
Trolling deeper water near C can is a better deal in the afternoon
