    ramp is excellent. launch a 27 all the time. lots of room. south southwest would be a protected run all the way to SB.

    You will be impressed with Mazurik's launch. It's protected and much easier than Catawba's launch...especially in a SW wind.

    A SW wind drives waves directly into the ramp at Catawba, making it more difficult to launch and load.

    Just be careful of cutting across Middle Harbor Reef to get to the SW corner of South Bass. It's marked with a can, but the can doesn't sit on the shallowest part of the reef.

    That reef keeps Denny over at the Port Clinton Prop Shop busy fixing props.

    Just a heads up....I guess there is a tournament launching out of Mazurik's this weekend.
