    Default Cranks...hell

I just want to see boats in the water, and the sweet rumble of big blocks....the sounds of snow plows scraping asphalt is getting old...

    Default new planer boards

From reading your past posts I gather you are a fan of the Amish Outfitters planer boards. Do you have an opinion about the new "plastic" boards they are offering ? I'm thinking of buying/making a pair for my buddy who hasn't been happy with the way his boards are pulling.

Default Thanks Skipper 9 for the info!

Skipper 9... Thanks for the info! I want to make sure I got it all right...

    - Start trolling right after the jig bite slows down
    - Use a reef runner in the beginning
    - Use a Jet diver with a 12' lead between the diver and the Reef Runner
    - Use a 3 oz weight directly on the tip of the reef runner
    - Troll between 2-2.5 MPH
    - Use a rod with a line counter and start about 120' back and if I don't catch anything keep increasing the line count by 10-15' at a time until they start hitting

The part that I think I am missing is how you told me to loop the worm so that it is on all the hooks of the Reef Runner, would you mind posting that?

Thanks Again! For sharing so much great info!
    -Matt

The spring reef runner bite should be 10 to 50 foot back at about 1.0 to 1.5 mph. Do not use any kind of diver. Just put a 6 foot leader between your power pro and the reef runner..
