Island Walleyes?

The wife ,son and I are coming up for the weekend and staying near Mazurik ramp, most reports are west of the islands or way to the east.We could use Cataba if necessary. I am new to this site and found it to be very helpful,THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Id say the closest and best are to fish for walleye if ur goin outa mazuriks is NE of Kelleys on the edge of the shoals, their catchin some fish there. If u really wanna have a successful fishin, u should go perchin out east of the dumping grounds. Lots of perch out there. Great size, very little junk fish, and wont take ya long to get ur limit. Thanks 501,on vacation in July we fished a couple miles east of the green can about 1/2 mile south of the Canada line when weather permitted.Sound like the fish may still be there.
