planning to walleye fish on thursday want to know if stinger spoons are still hot ticket and color ?

Were on fire this past weekend , Deep Lil Rippers from 80 - 150 back took a 4 man limit is 2.5 hours . Fished just east of a can . Fastest fishing of the season and amazed the fish are still shallow as well ..

Get to Ashtabula. Big big big fish & done by noon. I live in Toledo. Just the way it is. Sorry, but the fish migrate. Been at it since 78

Wild colors with purple, chartruse, pinks, dotted patterns, copper, j-7s with black and gold. #1 setting on dipseys at 42-48ft and #3 setting 60-65. 40 jets from 65-80 for us anyway. Walleye limits 3 straight days and perch limits Saturday and Sunday after we got all the walleye. Best speed was 2.0 mph. Weeds are bad most places so check the gear often.
