harness question
I have a question about harness leaders. I would like to troll harnesses behind single boards with inline weights. I already have 5-6 foot leaders that i use with dipsys. Are these too long to attach to 24 inch harnesses. What programs do you guys use. Thanks in advance for any info.

My harnesses are 6 feet, longer still works but it makes it harder to land the fish.

you should be good. I use about a 6' to 8' leader with my divers and have no problems. as long as your rods are long enough that you can get the fish to the back of your boat so you can net them.

If you have the roon and longer rods you might be ok but I prefer 5' behind a weight or jet. It just makes it easier to land fish.
