great shore fishing Mon night
My neighbor and I fished the public beach area of Middle Bass last night for an hour and twenty minutes. We both caught two. Three were 24", one was 20". Colors don't mater...just cast a floating crank bait (I like the Long A Bombers) and they gobble them up. We left early because his arm started to hurt (he's a senior citizen), he's gonna load up on meds before we leave tonight...hopefully we tear em up tonight (the fish, not his arm! LOL!).
I'll report back with tonights results.

Nice. Can't beat just walking to the shore and catching a few

You betcha! Walleye fishing in its simplest form!
Watching the sunset over the lake as I type, time to gather my gear, pick up my neighbor and head to the shore!

Well after having several good nights, it was bound to happen...we got skunked. Neither one of us caught a fish.
Maybe we'll have better luck tomorrow night.
