perch 6/28/2012
We made it out and decided to do just the perch bite, EmptyHooks and myself caught a 2 man limit in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours north of B-Can. They weighed 17 lbs at the cleaners. We caught less than 15 junk fish and had very few throw backs. EmptyHooks also caught a 9 or 10 inch walleye, which was quickly returned to the water. Great day on the lake.
Just wanted to say that we were out all by ourselves North of B-Can and almost all of the boats were a good half mile south of us. There were 2 boats about 1/4 mile south of us but didn't stay very long.Last edited by wakina; 06-28-2012 at 04:10 PM.

I think you were south of us, we were in a 23 ft proline and were pretty much by ourselves. Maybe the most northerly boat in that pack that started at the can we were about 1/2 mile north of all the boats but 2, there were trollers running between us and the pack and we saw one eye brought aboard one of the boats.

Nice
Nice catch. What we caught will be heading north for a family 7/4 get together. Sure wish it would have been your catch. Probably us Gray/Maroon over white Larson with thebig orange ball out the bow. Just some bad choices all day.
