    Default Wrong fishing format

Went out to D-can and trolled in a NE direction, used only harnesses and managed just one eye of about 5 lbs. Decided to troll today and that was the wrong format for success, at least for emptyhooks and myself. Lots of marks but the fish were in a negative mood. When we came back in 2 of our friends had went to K-can and then to locust reef and had 6 or 7 nice eyes for their trouble, and of course they were jigging from their pontoon boat. So as the old saying goes: Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda but Didn't because I had a bullheaded streak and went against my better judgement and did not try the jig bite first!
