I would postpone for a week if you can. It's been a pretty crappy week of wind and rain.

go if you can
The weekend weather looks great from every forecast I have seen. I will be out on the lake all this weekend. You can't catch them from your couch!!! You never know what the weather holds for next week. I expect it to be a bit muddy so I am just going to head a little further out to deeper water and see if I can get some perch going.

perch
Stay Home , 3 boat charter on friday proved unfruitful. Muddy , stained , crap weather really screwed up the west end again. Floating weeds and wood limbs all over. Full with plenty of minnows at the bait shops. Stay home and have a fish fry, mow and enjoy this weekend while the sun tries to shine through between rain and clouds. This year there are alot of fish in the west end, walleye , perch and a decent amount of bass so the fall should be banner as long as we get good weather. Fall yellow perch trips for western and central basins, running out of Wild Wings area of Oak Harbor and ARU in Ashtabula Ohio. Enjoy the weekend at home.
